I have no idea. I thought it meant no free passes like the ones on cereal boxes, etc.
But if it said no passes at all, the ones you can buy at places like AMA wouldn't count either...

You can always bring it to the movie and ask at the box office or ticket counter whether they'll honor it. Ask the manager if that's what it takes to figure it out. But have some cash with you just in case.

I'd call them and make sure you get the name of the person you talked too, especially if they tell you that you can use, that way if you get there and someone tells you no, you can say I called and spoke with (name) and they said that they were able to be used.
