Should I tell my one cuzn that the other cuzn and that guy she recently met at her job is/was having an affair

I recently spoke to a close cousin of mine named Sonia.She told me that she walked into the store that our younger cousin works at to say hi.They met after five years.I will call the one who works at the store Polly.Polly also introducted her to the tall and handsome guy she has been having sexual relations with who is not her husband unbeknown to cousin Sonia. Now my dilmena is that I know this has happened and it could be happening still as they work together, do I tell my close cousin Sonia or keep my mouth shut??I know that after Sonia gets married and starts to visit that city more as her husband is from there will get to meet this other cousin Polly often so I wonder that it is possible Polly will also have her guy who she is cheating with socialize with them bc he is none other than the husband's best friend.The husband thinks this guy is his best friend so invites this guy with his wife when they go anywhere together bc he does not know their real relations.WHAT TO TELL SONIA

If you do you know there going to be some kind of problem. Your going to lose your cousin or friend. Or you can find yourself fighting with someone. Maybe you should stick a note in a envelope type it or have someone else write it in put his name on it in put it in his car door. In that's a way to tell him.And you won't be in the middle of it.
