Price-wise, you probably come better eating fast food, but nutrionally speaking, it is a loaded land-mine. Even the chicken choices and salads in fast food restaurant can have upwards of 1,000 calories depending on their cheeses, dressings and toppings. Ask for nutritional information upfront and you can clearly see that the fat and calories are much more than the average person would expect. Also remember, if you cook at home, you have ingredients that will allow you to make several meals and once you get your pantry built up, you are setting yourself up for some great healthy meals in the future!

Grilled chicken sandwiches and salads aren't too bad if you get them without mayo or with light dressing. Anything else from a fast food joint is going to be high in terms of calories, sodium, and saturated fat -- the terrible trifecta. Eating at home is generally better because you can add fruits and vegetables and whole grains and do a lot of other things to keep the "bad stuff" to a minimum.

It's all online go looking.
The cheapest thing to do out of all of them is to cook at home, there is nothing cheaper or more nutritionally sound for you.
Look for some healthy recipes and get eating like a real person.

Micky D's food is good, it's just like evrything else, if you supersize all the time, it ain't good for you.
It's cheaper to eat home, but really, when you eat out, isn't it for the atmosphere and the food?
If I want great food, I eat home; when I want to relax and have fun, I eat out...

fast food is loaded with nasty stuff-artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, unhealthy fats, dyes, fillers, and all sorts of stuff-look at the ingredients in foods on McDonalds website-do you even know what half of that stuff is or where it comes from? I think its much better to prepare your own food, with fresh, wholesome, preferably organic foods

the cheaper it is the higher calories it has.
Sometimes the chicken sandwiches are more fattening because they have been deep friend whereas burgers have just been grilled

The reasons they call it fast food are:
1. You order it fast.
2. You get it fast.
3. You eat it fast.
4. It goes through you fast.
5. It kills you fast (er ).
