they could have been turned into small multi-units for low income people instead of just given away to 0-income people; it would have helped out more people and have a better chance in the long run

My isn't that so Christian of you, I see you have an overwhelming amount of love and compassion for your fellow humans, rather than hope they succeed you hope they fail, miserable in our personal life are we, have to find some one to trounce so we can make our little worthless self feel better
