um my friend wears a bra every night doesnt takr it off while sleeping everday is it safe and good ?

I will never understand girls that wear bras to bed. I find it downright uncomfortable. It is perfectly safe, but I just think it is weird.

hmm, when i first started growing boobs i use to wear a wired bra to sleep for about a year, i noticed my breast start to hurt and they wernt changing shape or growing. Apparently its not a good idea, as soon as i stopped wearing a bra to sleep the pain went and my boobs actually started growing!

Wearing a bra to bed doesn't allow your breats to forma healthy shape. And besides that its very uncomfortable. I don't think its gonna keep them firmer longer.

its a very good idea when you dont sleep with one theyll loose there elasticity and as you get older theyll sag more than if you wear a bra

Not good.
There's no reason to wear dirty underwear to bed.
Nobody wears bras to bed.

Its ok as long as it is not tight or restricting.
If there is a wire in it she needs to remove it before bed.
