To me it's a bit childish reporting someone just because you don't agree with an answer.
I don't think that there is anything wrong with a good verbal slinging match as long as it doesn't go below the belt.
In conclusion "we are adults aren't we?"

Because if you're pissed off or mad, you don't rationalize things anymore, you just think on how to get even. Of course you are right, that whoever that is, they should just tell the person that he or she doesn't agree with his answer. But since we're all strangers here basically in Yahoo Answers, it's natural that you wouldn't approach a stranger and tell him or her that you don't agree with him. Probably if you personally know the person, then that's a different case.

I think it's not the problem about those people, it's the yahoo admin you should blame. They don't really read the abuse report or investigate what the complaint is about, they just consider it and deduct to your score right away. I actually wrote them back and was fuming mad at them having not read what the report was about, because there was a violation report I got when I answered one of the nuissance question with "It's you again", those exact words alone. I asked them what in heaven's name did I violate??? I don't know what they did next, but at least I called their attention.

in fairness to everyone, someone here should stop in deliberately provoking binibini and lushbabe... although sometimes it's hilarious but comments are below the belt.. that surely hurts. i don't report coz i seldom get mad and if i do get mad, i'll give that person a kiss...mwah!
