A pyramid has 4 faces and a square base. The area of the base is 100 square inches and the area of each face is 120 square inches. What is the total surface area of the pyramid in square inches?

100+120*4=580square inches

Its simple.
base area + (4*area of each face)
which gives
100+(4*120)
=580.

1 square = 120
total = 100
100 x 120 = 12 000
ans is 12 000
