We can't judge a person, we can know something about him by his external appearance.

Even though we all say you can't judge a book by its cover, we are all guilty of judging people based on their appearance, whether we admit it or not. If someone is slovenly and doesn't care for themselves, it is natural to feel that they are lazy. If someone dresses nicely, takes care of their grooming and hygiene, we naturally feel more inclined to be around them. Our clothing choices and styles send messages-so we just need to think about what message we want to send.

Yes, we can. I try not to because 80% of the time I am totally wrong about a person.

Sometimes, yeah.
I don't think there is any excuse to be disheveled and unclean in public on more than one occasion. If they're not homeless, then they obviously don't care about themselves.

Can we? Of course we can.
Should we? Absolutely not. As proof, I give you Ted Bundy.
