yeah I guess I need to be specific on how it is happening. well, we are are not dumb and I'm sure not that blind not to realize and see who these people are, what these people do, where they're doing it and to whom they applied these unjustifiable restrictions of basic human rights and simple necessities?

I am not a genius but I do understand what kind of basic rights I should have, I do understand too that most of these groups are akin to a big profitable business organizations under the pretex of NGOs, and I pretty much understand too! that they achieve 10 % good service accomplishment against their 100% target yearly, and vice versa when it comes to financial accumulation,

in english translation, 90% profit and 10% show expense.

and how does it relate to the subject? simple! if you add and multiply them they will simply devide them, that would equall to, CORRUPTION!

Easy...this isn't called a conscious person, they're hypocrites. People who do this do so because they either have a lot of free time on their hands and have nothing better to do or because they do it themselves but want to point the finger at others and stir the attention away from themselves.

I found it interesting how you tried to phrase this question with vagary so as not to appear racist or bigoted towards minorities.

If people were not sexist, bigoted, ageist, racist, then of course these measures (if I have interpreted you accurately) would not be necessary.

If you are wining that your dominant paradigm is being pinched. So sorry. I know people that have been frustrated by these things in just trying to get along in life and we who are supportive of a fair palying field get frustrated too. I have had to deal with it. At a personal level it can be frustrating but my social conscience understands that this is important and why.

From the other side now. A friend of mine applied for a university job recently. She belongs to a minority group, is very well educated, cultured, intellegent. Another friend of mine applied for the same job, he is a relatively young white male, very well educated, intelligent, more experienced in the area of the specified job requirements though neither of them had ever held that exact position. He got the job. He was more qualified.

They are both to my mind tremendous people with so much to offer! My female friend was so hurt. She fell right back into a staight of victomization. There were things said at that interview that pigeon holed her culturally. It hurt! They offered her another possible post that was culturally specifc. She was trying to break out of that mould. Good on her!

I suspect that what she was to close to the forest to see the trees was that her education leaned that way. So it put emphasis on the interviewers possibly steriotypical take of her.

Now how she chose that education has alot to do with th opression of her people. So yuou see, it gets complicated and harder to see for the general public.

I hope my friend puts a few more miles on her education and sucedes in breaking out of that slot she is in. I cannot talk to her about it she is still hurting and angry.

I would appreciate it if you could go back to your question and articulate it more clearly.

Humanity has always had to deal with its lesser hierarchial nature. There is not enough knowledge or honesty in your question for me to give you a proper answer! You have to educate yourself first and then address the question from there!

I hope this helps you to realise that generalisations like yours are not helping this situation. They are not helping anyone.

Peace.

My offensive deeds? I have never tried to justify my offensive deeds. I have no idea where you came up with that.

I let my offensive deeds stand on their on, and I make no comments.

I resent your insinuations, etc.
