Yes. If the judge ordered it, it will be in the case file. Essentially all court files are public records. Just go to the court clerk's office and ask to see the file (knowing the case file number ahead of time will be useful). Usually the clerk will make a copy for you at a nominal charge.

If you don't know of a specific case, then some states record contempt citations as part of the lawyer's ethical complaint file.

BY LAW THE STATE IN WHICH THE ATTORNEY IS A MEMBER SHOULD ALSO HAVE IT ON FILE, IF NOT THENYOU REPORT IT TO THAT BAR ASSOCIATION, LOOK UP ETHICS AND CALL THE BAR AND TELL THEM ONE OF THEIR MEMBES HAS BEEN HELD IN CONGTEMPT OF COURT, THAT WILL GET YOU SOME ACTION ASAP
