yes i believe it does maybe u should try a more sensitive blow dryer one that you can change they temperature

Look into the CHI Low EMF hairdryer...it does not get as hot and it still dries your hair quickly.

OK, i checked your link...that is one of the ones I was talking about. I use a pink Low EMF CHI hairdryer and it does not blow really hot air and it does not take me near as long to dry my hair. I can tell a difference in the texture - it's softer and shinier. Also you may want to use a heat protectant like Redken Align before you blow dry...

use a diffuser on the dryer.
