Staffing agencies and contingency recruiters are a joke its it the EMPLOYER being cheap and trying to get the most work from skilled workers with paying the lowest wages possible belive me if you think your getting a good deal through doing this the only one who is getting screwed is you. If you have a good worker then he better get a check from you if not then the worker walks around wasting time not giving a damn

In my opinion, they are just about worthless. Of course that is a broad-brush statement, but I believe that home-grown employees are best. Outsiders are unknown and risky.
