Yes. I think that he needs to let go of the dream for now. He needs to spend time with his wife who is probably going to die in the near future. When she is gone and the sting of her death is gone, THEN I think it would be better to pursue his dream once again.

I admire them. They have been through alot and they are brave people. Yes he is wealthy but he grew up poor and understands the problems of working people. He could lead a comfortable life enjoying his wealth but instead he wants to help others. JFK and FDR were wealthy and they did more to help the poor than all of the Repub presidents combined.

Him withdrawing wouldn't change the fact that she's sick. They seem to have a loving and supporting marriage. This choice was hers to make and she wants him to continue on. I say good for them.
