Depends what kind of job you want to get- do you want to serve drinks, perform in a show, do security, or work on an actual gambling table (dealer, attendant, whatever).
If what you're looking for is a customer service or internal operations job (like server, cook, security, etc) you can usually get an application from the casino's HR department.
If you want to be a dealer or something, it's a much more difficult process. Those jobs dont open very frequently, as they have very low turnover- once somebody gets a dealer job at one of the nice casinos they very rarely leave because the money is so good. If you want to be a dealer, you have to go to dealer school to learn the ins and outs of the job (it's more complicated than it looks) and then you'll probably have to start at one of the small local casinos and work your way up.

If you do not have any experience, casinos located on the Strip, and off strip properties such as the Palms, Rio, and Hard rock casinos will want at least a minimum of 6 months experience.
Guaranteed hire into an entry level position - Primm Valley Resort casinos in Primm, NV which is about a 45 minute drive outside of Las Vegas. If you work there they have employee housing on the premises.
Otherwise, apply at all downtown casinos, Station casinos, and Coast casinos.
If you can apply online, you will probably schedule an interview online. This is not a real interview, this is an appointment ( a waste of time) to meet with an HR rep who will ask you 3-4 generic questions, and then tell you that if the department manager is interested you will get a call. Dress up anyway and be confident, because if they don't like you, your application won't get to the department manager.
Jobs are listed at the following sites:

If you work in Food and Beverage service you might have to get an Alcohol Awareness card which is $20.
If you work in the casino area (as opposed to the hotel part) you will have to obtain a Gaming License which is $75 and expires in 5 years, along with an additional fee for fingerprints.

Go online to each hotel's website. Apply for each position that you would be interested in or qualify for.
Very easy!
The only thing that you should know is they check your background and do a credit check.
Unless you have prior experience in a certain position I suggest taking any position just to get in the door.
There are local's hotel, downtown hotels and Strip hotels.
Most desirable is the Strip with downtown being the least.
Some local hotel/casinos are very desirable like Red Rock, The Palms and Green Valley Ranch.
I have worked in the same one for 14 years.
I will tell you that the culture of Vegas is changing and some of it not for the better. With so much competition for customers, the hotels are quite disciplined and demanding. They can be very petty to their employees.
Some of it for very good reasons, but overall a stable job with benefits.
Good luck

either go to the casino hr department or look online. Most of the casino's are owned by the same people, so they have one big place for you to go or apply. There are several local casinos in vegas which you can apply for jobs online through their websites...

You have to apply on line or you can go to the casinos employment center (lots of times its a building or a trailer). They do the initial screening and usually someone is there to interview you. I will tell you from past experience it helps if you know someone that knows someone. Casinos are not as easy to get into as people think. Good luck to you.

You apply for it, just like any job. Most jobs in a casino requires you to have a health card, a TAM card and a sheriffs and/or gaming card. You also need to have good credit and be able to pass a drug test. If you want to be a table games dealer, you need to go to school and learn at least 1 game that you want to deal. if you want to be a bartender, you must start as a Barback, no experience needed. Other than the dealing schools, you should have no problem as long as you have a clean criminal record, casinos dont want you if they think you are going to be dishonest, thats the reason for the credit check also.

The best place to start is on-line. Some big companies only accept applications on-line and even if you go to the Human Resources Department you will end up going to their computer to apply on-line.

First of all you have to pay to take a test to get your bartenders permit, then you have to join the union. There are some places that don't have a union but you're better off getting into one, but you have to start at the bottom. Working down town. I was going to do that, I did get my permit but never followed through, go to their sites and try to apply but I think you have to get your permit anyways.
