River side, Eliot, Newton MA, green D line

One thing you might want to keep in mind is that Riverside is the end of the line station that has one of the largest T parking garages. In other words that station caters to commuters who live in the area and want to take the T into Boston.
Even if you could could find a place to rent near there, it would be hell to try to survive, in terms of going to the market, or going anywhere other than into Boston lol.
If you are looking for an area where you can rely on the T for all your transportation, I would definately suggest you consider other locations than Riverside. If you want any useful info, you'd need to let us know exactly what are you looking for. Wish I could help more!

More appts near Newton Centre and Newton Highlands stations than to Eliot, Woodlawn and Riverside.

Riverside is like right by the highway- there is a residential area behind it but it looks like it's all single family homes
Newton Center has allot of rentals- lot of young people and hot women.
