Liberals like to blame society for an individuals actions. Therefore, we have this no responsibility mentality. But mostly, whenstupid people breed with other stupid people they have stupid children and the cycle begins...

I think it is for many reasons,drugs,alcohol,low IQ and those who just shouldn't of become parents in the first place.I have noticed that many times it is people who are super religious.
