Saran wrap over the toilet seat, nice and tight so it doesn't show!
Shaving cream in people's shoes while they are sleeping. Make sure it's deep inside and they can't see it!
Underwear in the freezer. Steal everyone's undies and freeze them. Or even better, if it's cold out, wet them and hang them on a wash line outside so they freeze overnight. Leave them there for everyone to retrieve in the morning.
