Do you blame the child for the fathers actions .
The unborn are innocent to the evils of the world.
We have a judge in Rochester NY.who had and raised a child from rape that turned out to be a perfect citizen and a blessing to her mother.
The rape was evil, the child a blessing.

Giving up a child who was the product of a rape is in no way bad. It's a very loving thing to do.

I guess the Islamic law and the pro-choice people both have their ways of terminating life resulting form rape. I'll choose to keep the life and not give up for adoption if it were my wife, or daughter. But then, I don't get to choose. So, I'm back to my gripe about how the current law discriminates in favour of those who have ovaries.

One involves the violent death of an innocent person, one involves the life of an innocent, who will bring joy to the adoptive parents, however mentally painful to the raped woman, who can heal and may eventually want to learn what happened to her baby, or maybe not. But there is no comparison.
