Dems Swore That There Would be a Draft Afer Bush Got Re-Elected. Was that Hatemongering or a Lie?

First of all, sparky the word is after not afer. Dems were sure that in order to have the huge amounts of troops Dubya wanted for his war we would have to have a draft. No, there is nothing hatemongering about it. It was speculation no lies were told.

When you listen to conservative hate radio you get all these goofy ideas. I'm not surprised at anything other than the fact that you fell for these kinds of tales.

Dems "swore" there would be a draft???

LINK PLEASE!!!!....I don't recall ANYONE swearing there would be a draft....

Let me ask you this, Milhouse - if Cheney, Rove and Chimpy McFlightsuit thought they could get away with it and not hang in the cold morning air of DC for initiating forced conscription, I am quite sure, as is anyone else, there would be a draft, seeing as to how recruitment numbers are, compounded with low moral etc etc etc

I would rather see a draft. Then lets see all you little girl cons die in the front lines.

Oh wait, Daddy can sign you up for the Air National Guard and you don't even have to show up.

They were expecting consistency. whatever he promises he blows off when he gets what he wants. Dems are just confused by him honoring that promise for so long.

I'm never surprised by either sides tricks.

The only difference is that the Dems seem a little more shrill and whiny sometimes.

Then didn't swear it was going to happen, but since he WAS talking about the possibility of reinstating it, it stands to reason that they would be upset by it.
