My computer was infected with a back door trojan. Norton 360 keep cleaning it out, but it had infected the internet explorer as well, so it kept coming back. I found a great
remover called BleepingComputer.com, which will actually
remove any spyware or malward that infects your computer. The beauty of it is that you can run the program off their web
site for free without downloading it.

Most Internet security suites can do everything you mentioned. Try
1. Kaspersky
2. Symantec
3. McAfee
Here are some reviews by PC World Magazine
1. "First Look: Kaspersky's Best of Breed Security Suite" (http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,125705-page,1/article.html)
2. "First Look: McAfee Internet Security 2007 and Symantec Norton Internet Security 2007" (http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,127625;RSS,RSS/article.html)
Be aware that Internet security suites use a lot of computer resources; so, you might notice your computer is working a bit slower. Personally, i recommend Kaspersky over the other 2 suites. Symantec and McAfee are notorious for using a tremendous amount of computer resources and are incredible difficult to uninstall.

Yes. There is only ONE tool that works consistently. You have to dump Microsoft and the 114,000 virii that infect it and get a good open source software such as Kubunutu at www.kubuntu.org. As long as you have Windows, you are gonna get infected, unless you are a security expert.
