I can sympathize with you being lonely. Im not myself, but I've been there. But, you should really have more in common with more people. Think about it, you like men (so you can talk to straight girls and gay men and it) and girls (lesbians and straight men).... Why do you need to only talk to someone who only likes both and not just one of the sexes? If someone calls you greedy etc, dont take it too seriously!... Who cares?!

I sympathise completely with what you're describing. Being bisexual is difficult in a world which is predominently gay or straight.

At work, I partially identify with the "straight way of thinking" but deep down I know there is still another side to me. If I go into the gay scene, I feel out of place. Explaining a heterosexual crush to a group of gay people - you might as well claim you're an alien and you've come to earth in a spaceship!! Both of which will give you the same response from the group.

The lack of a bisexual community creates anxiety as you have unique feelings which no-one else understands or can relate to. Gay people have it easy in this respect as they can find likemindied people in the gay scene, and share each other's reality.

You need to consult with bisexual resources. Purchase some bisexual books from Amazon. These won't get you friends but you'll feel a sense of connection, and it will help you make sense of your own reality. A very good book is "The Bisexual's Guide to the Universe" as it takes a humour approach whilst helping you feel more at ease with your sexuality. Another good book is "Dual Attraction", as this is based upon bisexual research.

I assume you're in the UK. You might want to look at the bicommunity news web site - there is a magazine you can subscribe to, and they have events from time to time - notable the bicon which takes place once a year.

Bicafe is a global site, and has links to personals.

Being a bi male can be lonely... very true, however, the truth be told there are more non-straight (bi) men than straight. Behavioral statistics prove that, but we guys are too macho to admit to anyone else or even ourselves. MANY MEN have same-sex contact... in marriage it's said to be as high as 2/3 or low as 40% - and in recent years has been on the increase.

It is because of people like you that I created a bi-friendly community called BiSpace. I stumbled upon the domain name last fall and purchased it... I wanted to create something that the bi-community can fully embrace and make our 'invisible' community visible and fun - hopefully, BiSpace will do that and more. It launches in full this summer, however in April, it will initially have a message board. The personalized customizable profile pages and friends lists you are familiar with on 360, MySpace, LiveJournal, etc. will be loaded this summer, most likely in June. BiSpace will be FREE, somewhat similar to MySpace without inherent music or video content yet allowing unlimited bandwidth linkage to outside music playlists or sites such as YouTube. It will not limited to just bisexuals only... straight, gay or asexuals... anyone will be welcomed as members. It will be bi-friendly or bi-tolerant, however - ALL 18+ age members will have to agree that they will be tolerant of others' orientations in order to register.

You are not as alone as you feel - BiSpace will be a confirmation of that fact... just watch... the feedback on this concept so far has been extremely positive and supportive from all orientations, races, genders and religious preferences. It's FREE - so check it out in a few weeks. Good luck.

Just stick to your guns. All the insults people hurl at you might get to you sometime, but you are not alone in this world. There are plenty of sites, chat room, forums, where you can interact with people on a more one-to-one basis. Frankly, it does not matter if you put your picture here. People will talk to you if they like your answers, and not just because of your picture.

You are amongst us, all different in his or own way. This site is not about how you look but what you have to contribute. Just a chat, share knowledge & information, find out more about the mysteries of the universe, whatever. The more varied re. race, background, profession, personality ..... the better. Will be seeing you then.

Probably would but you may want to put a pix on your 360 rather than here as this is a public site.

Don't let plonkers get you down love. I'm hetrosexual but have gay friends. They're great. It should never matter which way you swing. It's what your heart's like that matters, & if some mindless people can't get that then that's their problem for being so shallow. xxx

No - not here. Not if you are bi, not if you are gay, not if you are straight, not if you are anything. This is not a chatroom or a forum. It is for answering questions to improve someone's knowledge or understanding of something. Try learning how to spell here instead.
