Hi- I have a basketball banquet for my JV basketball team and I need to say some words about each player. I need some generic phrase/sentences/lines!

Whatever ,you say make sure it is something positive,and encouraging.Let them know that at the jv level it is not a finish product ,but a work in progress.That might help you out with those players that didnt play or do well.

Remember Michael Jordan didn't start on his high school team until his senior year, and he turned out to be one the all time best.......Encourage them because we are all works in progress and they still have the rest of their lives to get better and not just in basketball.....!!!!!!!!!!!!
