I started a street fooball league too, but it failed. Heres why...

1. We wern't orginized enough. Make sure your draft is orginized, and you have set all the rules, and times of the games. Make sure you have your scheduale pre-made, and plan out the rules in overtime.

2. There was a big thing going on in my league, since many people in the league played basketball, they didn't want to play tackle, cause they were afraid they would get hurt. Many other people wanted to play tackle though. Make sure people in the league will play to your rules, not their own.

3. Make sure people in the league, acually like playing, we had people that wouldn't show up to games, cause they were sleeping, or didn't feel like it cause it was to hot. They need some motivation.

4. Just a sugestion, the first week of my league worked great, because we started with a tornament. It was the season opener tornament. and everyone loved it. My team did awful, but it was fun, and people enjoyed it. After the tornament, it was the regular season, and that did bad, but point is, start with something fun.

5. Make uniforms for your team, it gets the players into it

6. lastley, players are more into the league if you keep stats, I didn't keep stats but many players requested it. You don't need to keep intense stats. Maybe just TD's and Yards, or something simple like that

7. One more last thing, make sure theres refs, There were no refs in my league, and way to many fights.
