A legendary Pokemon is a pokemon that there are very few of or only one, and is rarely seen. In the video game, a legendary pokemon means there is only one in the game. Legendary refers to its status of mystery and intrigue.
Legendary Pokemon include: Mewtwo, Articuno, Entei, Registeel, Regigigas etc.
