I once took a few deep breaths in of helium and I sort of passed out and sleep walked at the same time and I ended up falling to the floor after standing up (unconsciously) and smacking my shoulder pretty hard on the way down on the corner of a desk... you decide if it is bad or not. lol p.s. I have breathed in helium many times before to joke around and make my voice lighter so it's not like that happened because my body wasn't used to it.

Helium is a noble gas, meaning it generally does not undergo chemical reactions, meaning that it is not inherently toxic for you. However, inhailing *only* helium would be bad for you since you will die of oxygen deprevation!

Inhaling too much of anything other than air is potentially bad for you. If you do helium once in a while it is probably not a problem but it is possible to deprive yourself of oxygen by doing it.

I sucked helium when I was in 2nd grade and I stopped doing it for like 3 years and my mom said its bad for you is it cause I wanna do it again but I'm scared if its like bad for you
