How will the Cherry tree blossoms be for this year's Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C.?

I've heard from several people that the cherry blossoms will be weaker than usual due to the abnormally warm Winter.

I actually think the opposite. I think it will be spectacular becuase of the hard cold snaps we've had.
