As you and others have already noticed, it seems to overloaded anyway. There was another site that I had posted as a link and is now shut down. When this happens I wonder if it's because of the money or someone else such as the government shutting it down. Either way I'm usually not impressed anymore with mere stories and blurry photos and smudged shaky videos.I would however be more interested in an actual museum with real artifacts from crashes and dead aliens. A spaceship or two would also be greatly appreciated.

You cant do anything. The Goverment has already severed all the links to the files. They dont want you to know anything.
Then again, it could just be high sight traffic, so wait a while and try again.

perhaps it's the /. effect.
The article has been quoted on Slashdot.org ,sometime this bring to an abnormal surge in contacts to the server bringing it down.

It's probably getting so many hits that it's totally overloaded. Try in a few days and I also suspect you may need to know French
