Needed immediately, a volunteer Algebra and Chemistry tutor for the next four weekends in Houston, TX. The tutor will travel on Saturdays to either Rosenberg or Sugarland for 2hrs a day. Tutor will be compensated for travel at the standard mileage rate. Must be able to provide elementary explanations to students, if necessary. Please reply to: info@yoyouthoutreach.org.

You might want to consider working with your local volunteer centers to help your program build capacity. Volunteer centers help to connect the community with different volunteer projects, so it might benefit your organization to work with your volunteer center to post some of your opportunities.

You can find most volunteer centers through the Points of Light Foundation or through the Hands On Network. The volunteer center in your area is called Volunteer Houston:

I would suggest contacting them to help to open your volunteer opportunities to a wider audience of volunteers.
