That number is 10 sextillion, really! A sextillion is a 1 followed by 21 zeros.

For those who might be reading this answer, keep in mind that when you read the question from the board, you don't see what I see when you try to answer the question. The question views to me literally as the following:

"What number is this? 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000... "

but when I first read it from the board, it seemed to stop after some number of zeros that didn't even end in a group of three. Just a glitch in the posting system.

Just realized I could prove it. If you mouse over the number, you should see the whole thing via a tooltip. But note, what I see from in here still ends in a "..." as I indicated and not with a "?"

10 sextillion.
A sextillion is a number proceeded by 21 zeros.

*Please Note: Your ending a number by an elipsis (...) suggests that the number is infinitive, that is , uncountable.
