Are pleats in too ?

A skirt is generally knee length. A mini skirt is considered to be half that, so it would fall right in between the top of the legs and the knee. Preferences of pleats all depends on the person. I am 19, and I find them cute, but I also think plaid skirts are ugly.

a mini-skirt is generally about 10, 11, 12, inches or so, often shorter.
I think pleats are in, they're really cute :)

mini skirts range from 16 inches to 11 inches; 16 being a short skirt, 11 being considered an ultra mini. pleats are in if you are going for that funky punk/ rock look.

Mini skirts end 3 inches pass your hips and pleats are always in!

a mini-skirt is above the knee. yes pleats are in but only in skirts! when there are pleats in pants it tends to make you bulge in the wrong areas.

its half way to your knee, or you may say it is just on your thigh, with pleats you look cute and sweet, and it will be ez for you to if you climb on bike or stairs.And if you choose the right combination then you may look cute ,sweet descent and sexy. So go for it.

Mini skirt is anything shorter than half way from your knee to the top of your leg. Dunno about pleats.

They usually go about halfway down your thigh. Sometimes shorter.
