You can't find evidence because there is none, it;'s that simple. If you look up a word in the dictionary and it isn't there, do you still keep using it? No, it was no word to begin with.

No. It wouldn't matter anyway. The US will never allow international bodies to dictate the terms of our foreign policy. Why would we ever subject ourselves to inferior forms of justice?
