all day long, she speaks in baby talk and annoys everyone
she is always late and giggles and laughs all day long, sometimes doesnt do any work at all

Put her phone handset on your nutsack when she isnt around, then when you see her on the phone, walk up and ask her if she smells nuts? then walk away...the rest of the office will have a luagh for once.

I think the coming in late every day part would bother me more than the baby-talk, but that's just me ... try telling her that "baby talk" in the workplace is not very professional, and that she needs to act like a working adult thatdraws a paycheck.

When she starts that s**** put your hand up like to stop her from talking, and just tell her , Stop enough is enough we are adults.
it may take a few times but she'll stop.
I think that is so childish. like when its a boyfriend and girlfriend and she's doing that baby talk on and on, I'm thinking he's is that pervert and she's a ding bat.
It's not cutie anymore after the first few words.

Stop at Fleet Farm on the way to work tomorrow and get this list of things:
-Duct tape
-Rope
-Chair (if you dont have a spare at the office)
-Choloroform (or horse tranquilizer)
I think you get the picture.... use your "ingredients" correctly and she'll be quiet in a closet in no time.

LOL I had a coworker who did the same thing to me.
...she got fired and now a year later we still imitate her and we always get a good laugh.

I am in agreement w/the "do it back to her" idea. Like if she were to say to you "do you wanna widdle soda pumkinums" I would say "no I no wanna a widdle soda I want you to be a big girl and act your age". I don't know how you do it. lol.
