Hi, I know what this is like, it's awful. When i first had my hysterectomy i was put on patches, they didn't work very well. So i paid another visit to my doctor and he put me on Premarin and i have never looked back, i feel great now i was on 75mg at first and then i went onto 125mg i only need one every few days now. Go back to your doctor and ask him to review you as you think you need a different HRT. Good Luck i really hope you feel better soon.

i also have had a hysterectomy (TAH/BSO)and i find the easiest thing is to have an implant every 6 months, i know it is still HRT but they are just so good, you can basically forget about it for 6 months. I am 37 by the way, hope you feel better soon...

My good friend had great success with all natural Menopause Balance Complex. It uses compounds found in plants - called phytoestrogens - to ease mood swings, sleeplessness, and hot flashes.

Also, the Menopause Balance Complex Cooling Lotion that is a blend of natural ingredients as well. It's progesterone-free and may be used as often as needed without side effects.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.
