Ya' know that weird sticky feeling when you chew hard?

It's the fat in the chicken. It sticks to your teeth.

Because they do have glue on them in a way. A simple formula for glue is saliva and protein. The protein(specifically collagen) in the chicken when chewed up and partially broken down creates in essence glue, not a very good glue but glue none the less.
