Custody and divorce are two seperate issues. You divorce your spouce, not your children. Your refusal in signing the divorce papers is only going to hold up your having the marriage dissolved. Custody has already been established so it doesn't matter if you sign it or not. Divorce will be granted either way, it will just take longer to finalize without your signature. If he never signs the divorce papers he still has to pay child support those are two different things The house is a different story that is up to the judge His not having signed the papers shouldn't keep the house from selling Get your atty to go into family court to get a support order I'm surprised you don't have one already

check with ur lawyer different states have different divorce laws but in all of them u are not divorced til the papaers are signed ur lawyer should find out why hes refusing to sign its lawyer to lawyer time

YES U CAN REFUSE TO BUT IF IT HAS BEEN DECREED BY A JUDGE THE DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS WILL CONTINUE AFTER 30 DAYS OF PAPERS BEING PROCIDED OVER. THEY WILL JUST FORWARD YOU A COPY OF THE JUDGEMENT.

It does not matter if he signs them or not..
He does not have to agree, be present or sign any papers...
You can still get the divorce..

yeah you can refuse to sign anything. he doesnt have to sign. it takes longer to get a divorce if he doesnt.
