If you are spotting for 4 days before ovulation will you still ovulate.?

I started my period on Mar 8 and it lasted 8 days and then I spotted for 4 or 5 days

It is possible you will still ovulate yes

I haven't heard of spotting before you ovulate. I have heard that you can spot during ovulation, so may be the chances are that you have ovulated.

If you are trying to conceive the chances would be now x

it happens to me quite often. I suppose the ovulation still takes place, cos the spotting is irrelevant to it.
