What can I take to skip a period as this will spoil my hols! Do I need to go to the doctors or can I get something from the chemist? Thanks

if you take the pill and dont take a break at the end of the packet you can skip a period. alot of people i know do it and its ok to do it occasionally. its not dangerous if done rarely
if you dont take the pill you will need to see your doctor to get it, tell him its for contraception only tho. you can also get an injection and one of the side effects is having no periods. i have the injection and i love it

Not going to the Great Barrier Reef I hope as you could be shark bait. There is birth control medications that will allow you to go months without a period. Go see the doctor and he should be able to help you. Do not just take something over the counter from the pharmacy.
