No, that's when your right palm itches. An itchy left palm means you're gonna be paying a debt!
If my Mum gets an itchy palm she always says...

I've heard it depends on if you are right or left handed. If you are right handed and your left palm itches, you are supposed to get money. (It could just be your normal paycheck.) If you are left handed, the opposite would apply.

I think that the right hand indicates money on the way. The left means that company is coming.
