ok i am going to try and make as much since out of this as possible.
you know how you can press Alt+ #'s on the key pad and make like upside down ! and ?s and other sorts of lettering... well i was wandering if anyone knew where i could find all of or allot of the combos.

That's easy,
use "charmap".
It's a program installed on every windows computer.
To use it Press:
Start -->Run --> type: "charmap" and press enter.

Not a dumb question at all. many people strugle with this issue.

Under Accessories, System Tools, chose Character Map.

You can click on the symbol you want. Also note the shortcut at the bottom so you can do it from the keyboard directly next time!
