George met Callie's father while hung-over and reeking of alcohol, and during the meeting he realized he slept with Izzie. George and Izzie decide not to tell Callie. Various doctors sucked up to the chief of staff - vying for the chief of staff job. The disfigured woman picked out a new face from composite pictures McSteamy gave her. George is not handling cheating on Callie very well. I think Izzie is hurt that George called their sleeping together "A mistake." Meredith and Derek had a little spat, nothing major. Christine decided she'd marry Burke, though insisting on a civil ceremony instead of a big religous based wedding. That's it in a nut-shell.

That's what i do if i miss an episode and there are only about 3 commercials during to whole thing. It's awesome.
