Lots of babies are born with hernias. Not too big of a deal. It is strange however that your doctor would say anything about a belly button at this point. Whether it is an inn or outy really isn't determined until the umbilical cord is cut and how it heals.

My daughter was born with a hernia. Her doctor monitored it to make sure it didn't get any bigger or painful for her and it went away on its own when she was about 7 or 8 months old. Keep your appointments and try to stay relaxed, being stressed will only make you feel worse. Good Luck, I hope everything works out fine with your baby.

I had surgical procedure a couple of years in the past and my greater part had an operation in January. We have been each freaked out previously, but it surely went particularly soft. For me, they used gasoline to knock me out and inserted the needles after I was once out, so no biggie there. It looked like I felt asleep after which blinked and aroused from sleep. I had no inspiration how so much time had handed. My hubby mentioned he had the equal feeling - love it might were two seconds or 10 days and he could no longer have identified. That is the freakiest facet. As for no longer waking up, my cousin is an anesthesiologist and she or he mentioned the advances they have got made at present are so excellent that makes the hindrance no longer valued at annoying approximately. They have even been equipped to manage the "being too wide awake" hindrance, in which you're no longer particularly wide awake however you'll be able to later do not forget feedback made via the health care provider for the period of surgical procedure. These are so much rarer circumstances this present day. I want you the fine and I am certain the whole lot will probably be best. I could advise speakme to the anesthesiologist so that they recognise your issues as your pressure degree might impact how so much anesthetic you want, however I have no idea that for certain. I simply figured it could not harm. Most well being care experts are a lot more attentive in case you simply factor out to them that you're frightened and want reassurance. Sometimes they want reminded that what's movements for them is most likely no longer movements, and probably scary, to us.
