Take care of you. Do girlie things. Friday doesn't always have to be about goin out. Do a home facial, wash your hair, paint your nails, freshen your feet, clean your jewelry, get your best clothes in order ready for next week's work/school or in general etc etc...whatever you can do make yourself feel good and beautiful and organized about you, and your life. Believe me, once you get involved, time will fly.

Stop at the store, pick up some fresh batteries, and fire up all of the dead battery devices on your nightstand (tv remote, alarm clock, sound machine, and anything else the buzzes). Happiness is only 2 AA's away and you never get disappointed.
