go to lexmark's website, and go to support and choose your printer. choose the live chat section. i just got done with them, and they are very helpful. if ure product is defective, they will even exchange it for free! (mine was defective) hope this helps!

You may have simply accidentally hit the "highlight" button. It is on the Formatting toolbar in Word, just to the left of the font color button. It is a toggle - press for on or off.

Check all the cartridges. Except yellow others may be empty.
Remove all the color cartridges and replace with a set of new cartridges.

Hi. Your color cartridge may be out of one color. Try running the "Clean print nozzles" utility.
