Go to the courthouse of the county of the state where the offenses was adjudicated (ruled on by the judge) and that courthouse should have the record.
Additionally, if you have the birthdate and social security number of the convicted, any country attorney's office can run a background check on the person. You might have to pay a fee for that.

You might be able to find it on-line. Just do a search for the county court that he/she was convicted in. Then there might be a link for public records. If there is, you should be able to put this person's name in and find it. Good luck.
