I'm presuming that the cryptographic service has been stopped or disabled, therefore producing an error.
My only suggestion would be to check
Click Start > Run > type services.msc and scroll down the list to Cryptographic services
Next to the line Cryptographic services should be the word Started. If it dosn't say started, or it says stopped. Right click on that service and click start.
However, if it says disabled, right click and click properties. In that dialog that pops up, there will be a drop down menu. Change this from disabled to automatic and then click start.
If it fails to start, click on the dependancies tab and it will list any other services which are stopped and need to be started. Repeat the process until it works. If it dosn't work, seek technical support via yahoo. I hope this helps.
