I have been given some football logos to ID and am struggling with one i am afraid i can only give you a description.
Its a yellow crest with a red V shape in middle with a cherub on the top looking over and a dragon to the rHS and a stranger creature to the left and underneath it says Terra Marique Thanks in advance

From your description I'd say it was Newport County's in the Welsh Premier, but their logo is slightly different to the city logo. I've linked the city logo below.
