forgot to add that im 45 years old and she is just to much involved with my personal life ,I have cleared the history but she is getting it any way

Create a separate user account that is password protected. Log in with your "new" private user account and continue indulging in whatever you are indulging in. Make sure to log off the private account, and log in to the shared/public account (the one that you are currently using) when you are finished. This way, all of your computing statistics will remain under another account (including history). Just be sure to choose a password that won't be easily guessed by your mom. I suggest using your car's license plate number. All the other suggestions already mentioned are of course also valid...

While on the internet, click on "tools" at the top and then click on "internet options". This opens a box with several buttons in it. One is called "delete history" - click on it and answer "ok" when prompted. There is another button called "delete cookies" - click on it and answer "ok" when prompted. The final button you need to click on is called "delete files". Click on it and a box will come up in which you need to check an additional box that says "delete all offline content" and then click "ok". This pretty much erases what the average person uses to track online activity. But keep in mind that where you have been on the internet will always be on your hard drive. But it is doubtful that your mom would go that far to track your activities at that point.

go to view on the top left hand side of the page.. click on side bar to history then it will bring it up whatever you do that you dont want her to see right click it and delete
