Go to Newswatch Magazine and get a free copy from December 2006...or call 972-957-2227. It has a complete break down of it! You can also get a World Almanc it is in there too.

It isn't that long. Get a copy of the Constitution; read it & summarize it.

I would take you about a hour (at most) to read the entire consitutuion from top to bottom.
