I have seen some smart liberals and I have seen some with IQs lower than most peoples' GPA. The same goes for conservatives. There are highly intelligent conservatives and liberals out there. I agree with liberals on things like the environment and public education system. However, people choosing the liberal side of the abortion issue are not well educated in that field, because science proves that abortion is wrong. I dont care whether you are liberal or conservative, being well-educated is the key.

Here's an anecdote:
My brother went to college for four years. Going for a double major in math and physics.
One of his projects was to make a small gadget to test air particles from the exhaust of a diesel engine.
For the 34th year in a row the professor was given a grant to perform this study.
So there my brother is, all worried and bugged that he needs to write a paper on his final results. So I encourage him to go into specific details on how the results from the first test performed 34 years ago suggest there's no differences in any of the testing done in the past 34 years. I indicated he needed to document all the financial obligations provided by each grant over the course of those 34 years, and express that his test would be no different than anyone before him, and to ask why the education he was paying for was 34 years out of context.
...Which is about how out of date most liberals are.

if you just got out of college you are probably a liberal , once you get a job and realize reality you will be a conservtive unless you took to many drugs in the past , then you would stay liberal

Well as painful as this may be for right leaning people to hear, most 'liberals' tend to have a higher educational background than conservatives. This merely fact and like all facts, it is neither good or bad, it just is.

That's why they want to change the educational system -- it turns out too many liberals. Conservatives hope to stop that. The movement to "balance" state university faculties is more insidious and powerful than most people think.

You may be a liberal in college, or fresh out. When you get the real world education, that will (should) change. You will realize that Utopian theories only work on paper.
