By giving it all to God. Know that all things that happen in our life are for a reason. We may not understand those reasons but He knows our future so who better to trust than Him with all that is happening in our lives.....positive and negative.
This brings peace in the midst of turmoil, less stress and less illness results.

Our Attitude is everything!

We must take time out for ourselves each day to relax and do the things that calm us, good things. Take a siesta of sorts; a time set aside each day to read, write, go out to lunch with a friend, anything. When we worry about the world and the things that happen in our lives without taking time out from all of it, we risk not only physical illness but mental stress as well. Over time, these things can take their toll on the mind, body, and spirit. We must take vacations from our lives, it's essential to our well-being!
